What is Bioplasty?
It is a minimally invasive plastic procedure without incisions or surgery, performed on various anatomical planes.
This type of procedure is carried out with various materials: Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), tensor threads, and acids, among others.
Plainly speaking, BIOPLASTY involves implanting substances that are compatible with the human body, in order to fill or increase certain areas of the face and body. These substances are not toxic, and do not cause allergies. They are implanted through a small "hole" in the skin, without cutting, using microcannulas, which are like small needles, but with a rounded tip that does not damage blood vessels or nerves.
This procedure is performed at our office, with local anesthesia in order to avoid discomfort. The patient can observe the immediate results of this innovative technique step by step in a mirror.
This technique, recommended for both men and women, can create new lines and angles, restore the shape of the aged face, or complement the results of a previous traditional plastic surgery.
It is less expensive than conventional surgery, as it does not require the payment of hospital or anesthetics expenses or assistants' fees. Also, the patient does not need bed rest and can resume normal activities rapidly (many times, even on the same day).
The procedure can be performed during the summer.
ULTRACAVITACION
Liposuction without a Scalpel
Ultrasound Cavitation is a medically applied non-invasive treatment which attacks localized fat and cellulite through the application of ultrasound.
The ultrasound emission on the outer surface of the skin produces pressure changes in the interstitial fluid of the adipose tissue, generating microbubbles (cavities) which first implode and then burst out. This overpressure destroys fat cells. The fat content of these cells or triglycerides are fragmented in diglycerides that are naturally eliminated through the urinary and lymphatic systems.

Biomaterials
Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) was discovered in Germany, in 1902, by the Chemist O. Röhm, and it was patented in 1928. The first medical use of PMMA was in 1936 for dental prostheses.
It has been used extensively ever since, in a variety of medical and dental products, including bone cement, dentures, and intraocular lenses. (see more)
Peeling is a procedure used for the treatment of various skin conditions, such as texture imperfections, small scars and wrinkles, marks, and other applications for facial rejuvenation.
Although it is used in various areas of Medicine, today, botulinum toxin type A is a synonym for cosmetic treatment, beauty, and well-being.
